Why it matters

Why Dubai Companies Invest in Team-Building Excursions?

Dubai is placed at the center of the global economy. Employees in this city are among the best talents in the world. Team building excursions or activities help these individual talents, who manage different activities, work better together as a team. This ultimately benefits the company.

Here are some photos of the team building day-outs that we have arranged for companies in Dubai.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What HR and team leads ask us before booking.

Ask a Question

What locations are available for team building events in Dubai?

We offer team building experiences across five settings: Desert for outdoor adventures and collaboration challenges, Yacht for experiences set against Dubai's iconic skyline, City venues for urban-based leadership exercises, Beach for a relaxed, lower-intensity pace, and Indoor venues for year-round and summer-friendly programs.

What is included in your team building packages?

Our packages include professional team facilitators, gourmet catering and refreshments, professional photography and videography, safety equipment and first aid, custom team challenges and activities, luxury transportation, all equipment and materials, certificates of participation, and a dedicated event coordinator.

Do you provide professional facilitators for team building activities?

Yes, all our team building events are led by certified on-site facilitators who guide collaboration challenges and structured leadership exercises tailored to your team's specific goals.

Can team building events be customised to our company objectives?

Absolutely. We design purpose-built collaboration challenges and experiential learning activities aligned with your organisational objectives. Our facilitators work with you to create customised programs.

What types of team building activities do you offer?

We offer a range of activities including self-drive dune buggy adventures, quad biking, masterchef competitions, Arabian Nights-themed desert galas, scavenger hunts, and structured leadership challenges, matched to your team size and setting. Read more in our guide to team building activities in Dubai.

How much does a team building event cost in Dubai?

A half-day team building activity in Dubai typically starts around AED 300 to 500 per person for a standard package. A full-day signature experience with a dedicated facilitator and choice of desert, yacht, beach or city venue runs AED 500 to 700 per person, and a fully private, custom executive experience starts from AED 700 per person upward. See the cost breakdown above for what drives the difference.

What's the difference between a team building activity company and a full-service team building event planner?

A team building activity company runs one activity, an escape room, a quiz night, a single adventure course, at a fixed time and often alongside other groups. Qrated plans the whole event: venue, catering, transport, entertainment and the activity itself, built around your team size and goals, with one point of contact from the first call through to the day itself.

What indoor team building options are available in Dubai during summer?

We run indoor team building programs at hotel ballrooms and private venues year-round, with a dedicated push through June to August when outdoor desert, beach and yacht settings are less comfortable. Indoor programs include the same certified facilitation, custom challenges and full production as our outdoor events.

How many people can a Qrated team building event accommodate?

Group size depends on the activity and venue. Intimate workshops and smaller challenge formats work well for teams of 10 to 20, while a full desert or citywide program can scale to 100 or more.

Can team building be combined with a gala dinner or networking event?

Yes. Many corporate clients pair a team building activity earlier in the day with a gala dinner or networking reception in the evening, using the same venue or moving to a second location. We coordinate the full transition, including catering, entertainment and transport, across both parts of the day.
